Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Refunds

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. No-Show Bookings

  • No refunds will be issued for No-Shows.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for consideration.

  • Cancellations within the 72-hour window are subject to a case-based refund evaluation.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Refund decisions will be communicated within 7 business days.
